Excellent analysis!  One question- Did Israel buy the land/territory that makes up present day Israel, or was the land annexed to them (taken from the Palestinians)?  I think this has been one of the key issues between Israel and Palestinians.  I agree a situation where both parties win would be the best thing.  Perhaps this could happen with a focus on the futures of their children?
