To rewrite four tasks based on my observations during English teaching lessons. I am looking for someone to rewrite these reflections tasks in which each based on a focus point that i should be writing about and provide good impressions and questions of each task and using your writing creativity. Scholarly theories have to be included in each of those four tasks at least one reference per task from readings or textbook i provide. Each task requires in-text referencing and good application of theory as evidence that the task is done. I would prefer someone with good academic writing skills.

Focus point: How does the teacher get the students’ attention?
Teacher starts lesson with new vocabularyin class asking students to repeat words after being pronounced by teacher. Teacher used variety of teaching methodologies to get students’ attention in terms of engaging students in class using Microsoft word as projector and showing them pictures of fruits enforcing the learning of the alphabetical that’s teacher says the first letter of the new word and telling students to say it. These integrated activities helped realised that I could introduce and teach students same method introduced by teacher and will get my students attention and at the same time teaching them good pronunciation and learning of new vocabulary.

Focus point: Is there any assessment? How and when is it done?
In this observation I observed how the teacher conducts the assessments process in class. First, teacher gives students worksheet with questions and instructions on how to answer them. Second, teacher asks each student on individual basis to sit in front of the teacher to do the assessment. Teacher will mark these assessments and inform the student whether pass or fail. The objective of the assessment is to assess students’ English level in speaking, writing and reading in order to upgrade the English level of students to a higher level class. The assessments consist of seven assessments and seven outcomes for preliminary-CSWE students must pass all course components in order to be allowed to progress to the next level in a different course such as level 1.

Teacher is teaching students how propose simple questions when students communicate in community. Students learn these questions from a dialogue introduced by teacher the last writes on whiteboard each questions then eliciting from students answers and vice versa. Students learn how ask for price of goods in retail stores when seeking help from retail assistance. Teacher asks student to write these question on whiteboard in order for student to learn writing and grammar using simple present. My observation was impressive that students could learn from the dialogue presented by teacher discourse and will be able to communicate well in community as teacher presented students real life scenario where students apply them directly.

Focus points: How does the lesson relate to what has gone before? to what comes after?
Teacher introduced the lesson before that one what are the human body parts explaining students each part function, pronunciation and usage of each part on our body. Teacher this time points to each part using own body and Google images referring students to human body parts and teacher also taught students how to pronounce each part using Google translator and asking students to repeat these new vocabularies. My questions and impressions were that teacher could teach student who are at zero English level the meaning of each word and how to pronounce them correctly.As well as the reinforcement of the lesson taught prior to this one.
