What are the strengths and weaknesses facing the company? Explain in details.
Scan functional resources and capabilities of the company. Are they coherent? Are they aligned with the core competences? If not, how should the company streamline their functional resources and capabilities with the strategy?
Complete Internal Factor Analysis table (refer to Table 5-2 on p. 164), and explain why you gave the weight to each factor?
Complete TOWS matrix. Explain at least three alternative. Which strategy would you suggest for implementation? Why is it better than the other alternatives and relevant for the company?
What business programs, budgets and procedures would you formulate to execute the strategy? Provide rationales.
What recommendations would you (as a consultant) make to the company? Offer the company at least three policies you would set up in accordance with the recommendations.
