The tag line or the mission statement of the hotel will be “Wish it, Dream it, Do it!”
“Wish it” means consumers whose desires are the hotels external pursuit (Yoo, Donthu & Lee, 2000). “Dream it” mean consumers’ desires will be the hotels ultimate goal. “Do it” means the actions of the hotel will prove everything. The NAIS number of the hotel business will be 721111. The approximate annual revenue in the first year that the business is expecting to generate is $ 73,000 projecting the hotel to operate successfully. The business plan proposal for the theme hotel will include feasibility study, financial planning and marketing plans for opening this new venture (Brown, 2001).
The Dream Paradise Theme hotel will be built on the parking lot 2 which is near to the Ontario place. The Ontario place will reopen to public by 2016 and this is the main reason the place is most suitable to choose (Nissim & Penman, 2001). Moreover, another reason for selecting the area is that most of the hotels are situated in the downtown area. When the consumers look at these hotels, they might face difficulties in decision making (Der Foo, Wong & Ong, 2005). However, this theme hotel will have special theme rooms and a proper location to attack tourism.
The hotel will offer its customers various themed rooms to its customers and according to the demand of the customers Dream Paradise theme hotel will design its rooms. The hotel has decided to categorize its hotel rooms into primary rooms, silver rooms and gold rooms. The primary room will be designed as per the demands of its customer groups (Mason & Stark, 2004). Themes for kids will be like frozen, hello kitty, Disneyland and Legoland, etc. The themes for teenagers are angry birds, Sea world, Cars, Harry Potter, Star Wars, etc. Themes for adults will be of popular movies, countries and sights, etc and lastly, the

on Australian “economy, environment and water resources” if no global response to climate change was initiated and also in the case that policy changes did attempt to address the issue (The Garnaut Climate Change Review, 2007). Professor Garnaut was also tasked to suggest the role Australia must play in the international community to mitigate climate change and offer policy options for Australia.
The final report was submitted on September 30, 2008.
The two chapters of the Review discussed in this paper deal with the three mitigation cases, current and projected climate change of the world in general and Australia in particular. The Review uses IPCC’s Fourth Assessment Report and subsequent research to reach its conclusions and recommendations.
With a small margin of error, the global average temperature has increased by about 0.76 degrees centigrade since the mid 1800s. The rate of increase is not uniform across this period and at all regions of the world. Notably, in the last century, the Arctic temperatures have risen at about twice the average rate in the last century and, since 1979, the rate of increase over land has also been twice that over the oceans. Also, since 1958, the troposphere has been warming faster and the lower stratosphere has cooled substantially indicating the likelihood of effects of greenhouse gases in the troposphere.
Oceans, having the capacity to “store thousand times more heat than the atmosphere”, are particularly vulnerable to temperature changes. Since 1955, 80{58c50e6204e66a2fb38b62b794f668df19a01f244e0d370252913e7b0d8d6892} of the earth’s energy in its climate system can be accounted for by rising ocean temperatures. A direct consequence is a rise in the global mean sea level because of expanding water. The total sea level rise in the 20th century is recorded as 170 mm while that during the years 1993 to 2003 rising at a faster rate of approximately 3.1 mm compared with 1.8 mm for the years 1961 to 2003. The rise is also explained by melting glaciers and ice sheets in non-polar

The authors focus on the standard of curriculum design for higher education as well as secondary education (Wiggins & McTighe, 2005).
The objective of Oliva’s model is to analyze the needs of society in which schools are established. The model further aims to enhance the requirements of students and exigencies regarding the subject that will be taught in school. The purpose is to implement and organize the curriculum to establish and formulate the structure by which the course design will be prepared (Oliva, 1992). Wiggins and McTighe states that the profession of teaching is very close to engineering and design. Like the later, teachers too need to be client-centered. The authors believe that the effectiveness of teacher through instruction, assessment, and curriculum, determines the desired learning (Wiggins & McTighe, 2005).
Oliva’s model shows that teachers choose instructional strategies to use in the classroom with students. Furthermore, the instructors need to use preliminary selection technique for evaluation. At this point, the teachers think ahead and commence to consider ways that will assess the achievements of students (Oliva, 1992). Wiggins and McTighe use the cliché ‘form follows function’ that describe the idea how the course should be developed around its planned purpose. They state that content focused design is too ambiguous as it does not elucidate the reason of how discussion and reading help students. The authors formulated templates of questions for instructors to develop a lesson (Wiggins & McTighe, 2005).
In Oliva’s model, very diminutive attention has been given to cognitive construct and development of understanding. The author has consistently focused on identifying and specifying needs of students. However, Wiggins and McTighe explores the concept of understanding and its importance if course designs. Understanding is highly crucial for cognitive construct

I will pay for the following essay Discuss how can the cloning of linker histones help to understand their function in cells. The essay is to be 5 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.
Histones have a characteristic ‘histone fold domain’ consisting of structural motif known as ‘helix-turn-helix and that are three alpha helices that all connected by loops. Each of the histones fits perfectly with their counterpart to form heterodimer structures that assume the appearance of a hand-shake. The histone cell structures are buried inside the core structure of the nucleosome. The histones have conspicuous N-terminal tails protruding out of the compact structure. Often the terminal tails are subjected to several post-translational modification that include methylation, ubiquitination, acetylation, phosphorylation, and many more (Xie 2009). It is the combination of the marks they get through the modification processes, and that determine the factors that bind to the region of DNA and in the long run regulation the expression status of the given locus. The multiple loci occurring as distinct clusters on different chromosomes are where the histone genes typically transcribed.
Histone proteins have their individual repertoire of variants distinct in the sequence of their amino acid mostly in the protruding N-terminal region. The expression of the variants, which is dependent on the type, can either be replication-dependent or replication-independent. As will be discussed in a dedicated section below, their main function is to mark specific regions of the DNA by replacing canonical histone from the nucleosomes present and the particular site. This stress on distinct regions in the genome has a noteworthy part in recruitment of diverse factors to that site occasioning differential treatment. It is this mechanism that lays the foundation for creation and development of an epigenetic ‘memory’.
The dyad axis of symmetry that is where the exiting and the entering DNA duplexes cross has been a long held outlook of the most likely location for the binding of the linker histone to the nucleosome core particles. The high

Write 26 page essay on the topic Effectivenes of vitamin D and calcium in preventing falls.
The costs of falls management by the NHS have been increasing steadily and it is apprehended that by 2015 there will be 120,000 cases of fall each year (NHS report 2005).
Computerized searches of the following data bases were carried out EMBASE, Medline, Cinahal, Cochrane Library Systematic review,
BMJ, PubMed, NHS Economic Evaluation, NHS National Library for Health, Health Techonologly Assessment data base, Cochrane register of controlled Trials, Google Scholar, Google, Ovid, Proquest, British nursing index and Reference list from review articles.
Relevant randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews, clinical guidelines, meta analysis in which vitamin D or Vitamin D plus calcium was given and reduction of falls and fractures or prevention of falls and fractures was reported as the primary or secondary outcome.
Male and female, male or female community dwelling older adults&gt.60 who participated in randomized control studies that examined the effectiveness of vitamin D and or vitamin D and calcium in the prevention of falls and fractures
Of the 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria the majority reviewed showed positive results on the supplementation of vitamin D or vitamin D plus calcium regimen reduced the risk of falls among older adults. In a pooled analysis of the 5 randomised control studies included in this study vitamin D therapy of (200-1000 IU) and calcium significantly resulted in the reduction of falls with an odds ratio of 0.814 in a 95{58c50e6204e66a2fb38b62b794f668df19a01f244e0d370252913e7b0d8d6892} confidence interval of 0.715 – 0.926.
I would like to acknowledge my son Jerome Scott for helping me with the typing of my notes. I would also like to acknowledge the help and support given to me by my colleagues at work whilst undertaking this course.
Falls among the elderly is a major health and social care concern in the United Kingdom. According to the International Osteoporosis Foundation (2009), one in every two women and one in every

90). Over the years, Chinese people have adopted bell- bottom pants fashion, which has been very significant to their culture.
Bell pants also known as bell-bottomed pants emerged within the 1980s era in China. They are characterized by thin and tight cut in hip with thighs part that helps one to walk comfortably.
They have short crotch, legs widened and loosened to give them a bell shape (Crane, 2013, p. 67). In addition, they are widened and loosened from the knee to prevent water being poured into the boots. Initially they were introduced as boot-cuts, which cover the knee and loosened to accommodate a boot. The width of the hem has been wider and flare –legged which have been highly preferred in the market by the Chinese.
Today, they are coming back to style because women really want to look stylish and fashionable. Bell-bottom pants are more flattering and favor those who do not want to wear skinny pants .They can attract and look fashionable in all types of figures (Baker & James, 2012, p. 80). Bell pants are of various waistline, pocket options and type. For example, hip huggers, which have the shortest rise and sit right over the hips. They are best for those with small to medium sized bottoms.
East Dane designer designs bell-bottom pants in different shapes and designs to satisfy the customer by favoring all body types, for instance low rise that can sit underneath the navel. Specifically worn by women with natural curves .Ultra low rise pants sit a bit higher up hip huggers and few inches below the navel and in some cases they may require a belt .They are commonly worn by women with smaller pants on their hips (Baker & James, 2012, p. 100).
Bell-bottom pants were not famous on the Chinese culture. Over the years, Chinese people have adopted bell-bottom pants fashion. Focusing on Chinese garments, we get to see set of styles of Qipao, cheongsam, western suits among others. The fashion became famous as years progressed and

Debate the effectiveness of governmental anti-trafficking policies and the efficacy of rescue and restore programs

Term Project:

Assignment Instructions
Term Project: You are required to complete the term project, which is a 1200-word APA Style essay. It must be in a Word Document (.doc) uploaded to the assignment section. You are required to use at least four (4) scholarly references, of which two of these references must be peer-reviewed journal articles from the APUS online library databases. Students are required to follow APA Style guidelines. There is a sample paper under Lessons and Resources that students can use as a template for their project. Feel free to copy and keep the sample paper as a model to help guide your work.
For your essay topic, please choose one of the following:
Debate the effectiveness of governmental anti-trafficking policies and the efficacy of rescue and restore programs .Analyze the scope and magnitude of human trafficking business Explain why human trafficking is flourishing in a global economy Analyze the characteristics and special needs of victimsAnalyze the modus operandi (MO) of traffickers and their networksAnalyze the research gaps in Human Trafficking StudiesCompare and contrast the different law enforcement tactics to combat human trafficking I’m looking for critical thinking and that you have a grasp of the criminal justice material you’ve researched. Do not just regurgitate information but analyze the articles, journals, and scholarly literature you use to support your work.
Do not include quotes in your essay.  Even though I love quotes, some students have abused the privilege by quoting material at length.  So please don’t use quotes in your essay, at least not in this one.  Show me that you know the material.
Another sinister “trick” you should avoid: quasi-plagiarism.  This happens when a student assembles several quotes and then changes a few words to make it sound like original material.  But quasi-plagiarism is basically plagiarism, and that’s both wrong and inexcusable.  Write your own essay using your own words.  When you’re done, you’ll be proud of it.
