instructions of the syllabus

Please take your time and read the instructions of the syllabus that I attached carefully. There are 4 sessions left to do in the semester. I am willing to pay $60 for each session, which would be a total of $240. I already did two assignments in which I both received a C+. I need the quality of the work to be very good and that you listen to the directions asked carefully. I would also give you access to see what I did in the previous assignments and then I will show you my professor’s feedback. Getting a good grade in this class is really important to me so the quality of the discussions and papers has to be high.

federal courts

What effect have the federal courts had on the government’s ability to enforce national security? Find a court case or news article from the last eight weeks illustrating the effects of the federal courts on terrorism, immigration, or other issues related to national security.

Post by 11:55 pm Eastern Time on Friday, and provide substantive replies to your classmates by 11:55 pm Eastern Time on Sunday. Forum responses should be 300-500 words. Replies should be 150+ words.

A 300-word post and 150-word replies are the minimum requirements to earn a grade of a “C” or higher, but they will not automatically result in an “A” for a grade. Review the rubric that’s linked below for grading criteria before posting.

Please be sure that you have completed and proofread your work before posting it. You will not be able to delete or edit your work once you’ve submitted it, similar to the way exams and papers will not be returned for corrections after they have been submitted.

National security responsibilities

National security responsibilities fall across many entities in the federal government. Which department, agency or bureau has the most influence and why? Include a recent news article from the last eight weeks illustrating it in action.

Agile approach for development a program

The Director of Software Engineering for the company has determined that you will use an Agile approach for development of the program, including the implementation phase of the program. The Director has asked you to present to the rest of the team, including your intern, the implementation phase for the program development.

Create a PowerPoint® presentation containing 14 to 16 slides, including an introduction and conclusion slide and detailed speaker notes, that includes the following:

  • A brief explanation of the Agile model and how an implementation phase works within the model
  • An example of a software management tool that can be used as you implement the design
  • A description of at least three user stories that will be critical to the design process
  • At least three technical design specifications for the program
  • A brief description of what a Scrum Master does in the implementation phase
  • A simple illustration of a sprint used in the implementation phase

healthcare

Our research has looked at healthcare, the economy, and national security. What’s an important issue that we’ve missed, and what is the government doing to address it? Include a recent news article from the last eight weeks to illustrate the government action on this issue.

Upload your recent project

Exception Handling

You decide to upload your recent project to a programming community website for feedback, and one thing that community users keep pointing to is the lack of exception handling. Realizing that they are correct, you decide to rectify the situation and improve your programs… or at least one of them. Take one of the programs you designed over the past couple of weeks and enhance the program with exception handling code. Your program should incorporate the TRY and EXCEPT blocks and handle any errors and exceptions that you can find.

For this project:

  • You will submit your python code in either the original .py file, or copied into a .txt file.
  • A screenshot of your code having been executed and demonstrating your exception handling. How to Take a Screenshot.

Tips: Exception handling programming takes a bit of forethought. Think about ways that you can make your program malfunction while using it (not by changing the code).

important in America today

Select an issue that’s important in America today, and choose an interest group that has taken on that issue. What tactics and methods do they use to influence the Congress and the president?

Make sure to include a news article from the last eight weeks of this group in action. Do not get sidetracked in discussions about the issue they support. Stay focused on their tactics and methods.

complex challenges

Unifying separate countries offers varied unique opportunities for growth but also gives way to complex challenges.

Write a one page paper explaining why the unification of Germany into one country (combining East and West Germany) proved to be more of a burden to the German people than expected.

stability of the developed countries.

1- If you were to classify the developed countries into (at least two) subsets, what criterion or criteria would you employ? Explain why this would be a more appropriate classification than other alternatives that you do not select.

2-  Identify two major threats to the prosperity and stability of the developed countries. What, if anything, can those states do to reduce these threats?

3-  What are the obstacles to development in many countries of the Global South? What seem to be the most appropriate strategies to overcome those obstacles? Why are such strategies not already successful?

4-  Discuss key reasons why the military has often ruled in Global South countries and the conditions under which it come to power.

5-  Characterize the types of security threats that newly industrializing countries face.

6-  Analyze factors that encourage political stability in newly industrialized countries.

7-  Distinguish between Asian and Latin American development strategies and assess their successes
